Experiencia fantástica: The nurses upstairs at cardio rehab suggested I join the gym. I was on the fence about it but decided to give it a try. Never being a member of a gym I wasn't sure what to expect other than I knew I needed guidance. So I spoke with Sean one of the personal trainers at the gym and filled him in on my health concerns and what my goals were. From that very first time meeting him he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Between Sean, Tim and Chad they make you feel like family and they talk to you not down at you if you have any questions about a machine or proper technique. There is enough variety of machines and free weights to fit any program you choose to follow. They gym is clean and spacious. Have to give a big shout out to Sean for challenging me as he calls it to making me be the best I can be and the patience he shows when he has to explain a machine or exercise he wants you to do more than once. Sean, Tim and Chad make going to the gym fun and not a chore.

You might not know it's there because it sits off the road but it is a state of the art facility that has beautiful big windows where you can look over the countryside. It offers great amenities like great locker rooms, a sauna, hot tub and pool, free weights, classes and personal training. Highly recommend for all ages and fitness abilities.
