Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and great staff! They have all of the equipment you would ever need, and its all clean and well maintained. The training staff has incredible in-depth expertise and will maximize your results for an affordable price. I would personally recommend taking their HIIT classes, they're a great way to burn alot of calories in a short time frame which is very convenient for people who are busy with things outside of the gym. The staff is approachable and always willing to help, especially Camryn! Shes always smiling and keeps the atmosphere fun, accessible, and light hearted. If your looking for a community that will help you live a healthier, more active lifestyle then Crunch Kenwood is the destination for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym! Front desk workers are so nice and actually try to get to know you (Mike, Dif, Camryn, Daniel, etc.) . The women's locker room always smells so clean and you can tell that they actively clean it. They are always ready to help and answer questions. My favorite part about this gym are the HIIT classes. Fun way to get in a hardcore workout!

I've never been a big exercise person but my bf and i started doing personal training with Caden and he has been the best, he really respects where we're at and can meet us there while also pushing our limits! I truly look forward to going to the gym and seeing the smiling faces that greet you when you come in!

Cameryn, one of the managers really keeps me motivated and excited for our the workout program crunch offers. 10/10, if I cant convince you to lift here with my review. Experiencia fantástica: I love this location! It is really well run by the the GM. The people are very friendly and supportive, while the equipment is great and allows time to do just about everything I want to do at a gym. The HIIT and spin classes are also super fun. Highly recommended gym.

Experiencia fantástica: The entrance is a little tricky. You have to enter through the parking garage. After you find it, it's very convenient. Read the signs and follow the blue line. There's plenty of parking spaces, and the garage entrance will be super nice in the winter and on rainy days. Couldn't be easier. Very friendly staff, and clean and well maintained equipment. I'm a huge fan.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my go-to gym. I will never lift anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. I used to go to the one in Oakley, and while very nice, it's always packed!

Dif at the front desk was helpful With questions on where things were and personable, I love when customer service people are friendly and helpful. Gyms very clean and wasn’t too crowded from 11-2pm. Much better crunch than the gyms around.

Experiencia fantástica: Has a decent selection of machines, slightly more limited on free weights but for the size it's a great variety. Oly rack and platforms along the far wall and the "adult jungle gym" are nice features. Employees seem nice, or at least polite.

Experiencia fantástica: Update from my original review: Joel reached out to me and was very helpful. He continued to work with me until the situation was solved. Thank you for all of your help! "Wow, I used to love Crunch, and I'm frustrated with their lack of information or customer service for their customers; especially for situations that were created by Crunch. When I renewed this year, they charged me for the next membership up from the one I've had since I've joined years ago and will not refund me and charge the correct amount. I noticed when I got home what happened, I went up there, spoke with a manager, I also called in and spoke with the regional manager Greg, after a week of requesting that he call me. I explained that I went up there and paid in full. The person who helped me asked what membership I wanted, I told him that I wanted the same that I have always had. He said there was a small increase but it was only a couple dollars per month. When I went to pay I told him that it seemed too high and to make sure I was in the same membership level. He stated that I was and that everything was correct. Once I got home, I confirmed that I was upgraded and that apparently the packages had changed as well, which I had no knowledge of and was not informed of. All I have been told, since trying to make things correct, is that all sales when paid in full are final. I'm not trying to cancel, I just want to be in the membership level that I had asked for. How can you not refund an incorrect charge that was made on Crunch's end? Unfortunately, I guess I'll be looking for a new gym once this membership runs out."

Experiencia positiva: Be sure to enter the parking lot that has Whole foods and Crunch next to each other. Took me a while to get to the right place due to Kenwood Having several garage entrances. Overall the gym is well equipped and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend a bigger stretching area but it was manageable. I had a good workout at this location. Can see myself coming back soon.

Experiencia fantástica: This location feels smaller than other surrounding locations. However it is by far the cleanest. This is the only location I have EVER seen vacuum the turf. All other surrounding locations have hair and dirt, fingernails all over their turf. The staff is always welcoming and it’s generally low traffic.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality The gym is amazing, the staff is constantly cleaning and very friendly. The staff makes you feel at home and is also very motivating. The GM Tonio is amazing, friendly and leads a high energy HITT class that will for sure have you drenched in sweat by the end of the class. This is the best Crunch location!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome Gym. Better staff. Came in to check out the place to see if I wanted a membership. Shane and his staff were super helpful showing me around and letting me check the place out. Gym had everything you could want with your workout and none of the bs. Plenty of squat racks, bench presses, and power lifting stations. I will be back!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is so great. And the staff are AWESOME! I don't know how they manage to stay so cheerful all the time, but they do. The place is clean with lots of different equipment and four squat racks. It can get a little crowded at peak times, but I've always been able to do what I needed to, and the other gym-goers are very nice. For the price, this place is top-notch.
