All equipment is clean and well maintained and the owners are very nice and easy to get a hold of. Definitely would tell people to drop by if visiting the area or to join if they are in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: 24 hours! Nice local gym with local owners, and ample parking. They let me work out in the gym before I made a decision to purchase a membership! Unfortunately, I will be moving so did not make sense for me to get a membership but would recommend it if your looking to get in your workout zone and support the local community!

Experiencia fantástica: The perfect gym. It's ideal for powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional fitness, and calisthenics. The equipment is the best in the city--Rogue KG plates, competition benches, sprawling platforms for OLY lifts and DLs, deadlift jacks, etc. They also have a wide range of ROGUE Kettlebells (up to 108), cardio training equipment, dumbbells, squat racks, advanced strength components, accessory work tools, and all the bodybuilding basics. Best of all, Michael and Tyler are great people. I felt welcomed the moment I arrived. And they treat everyone in the same manner. If they don't have something you would like to see in the gym, simply tell them--they will look into it. Regarding the negative comment from a resident, they immediately discussed the matter with members and from the beginning, have always stressed the practice of common courtesy. They are there to support members and the community at large. It's also open 24/7, which is ideal and they are almost always around during biz hours to offer tips and a spot. Highly recommend paying them a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym, very conveniently placed downtown just north of OTR. These guys really came through with their promises of all of the equipment they talked about getting prior to opening. Calibrated plates, competition bars, racks, competition benches, a Westside barbell ATP and more. Very reasonably priced as far as monthly memberships and drop in fees. This gym is a raw lifters dream in a city that has needed it for a long time.

Equipment is top notch & has specific items for the powerlifting crowd (kg calibrated plates, lots of Rogue OH Power Bars, Competition combo rack & bench, multiple deadlift platforms, etc). Mike & Tyler (owners) are very friendly & willing to help their members with whatever they need to reach their goals. If you live in the area & looking for a great training environment definitely check out Five Thirteen Strength! I’d train here if I lived in Cincy but I was just in town for work & they welcomed me with open arms. Drop in fees are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to which is a big plus in my book!

Experiencia fantástica: The space that Michael and Tyler have built is unparalleled in the Greater Tri-State area. The owners are very knowledgeable and very responsive across all forms of communication. If you're looking a facility with competition grade equipment without being overcrowded, this is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is everything and more than you could ask for and still Michael and Tyler are in there everyday trying to make it better. there is all kinds of brand new equipment and they're constantly adding more. the location is perfect for a UC student like me and their is even a student discount! the community that calls this gym home is awesome too, im always making friends when i come in for a lift. I've been receiving personal training for 4 weeks now and the effort that Michael is putting in is incredible and the results im seeing are even better. love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: this place is brand new. as in Saturday was the grand opening. it is a really exceptional place. there is plenty of equipment, and it was all of high quality, from the calibrated kilo rogue plates, power and Olympic bars, rack to the custom rig. everything seemed very well planned and thought out. Mike and Tyler, from my interactions with them, have been accommodating and friendly. not abrasive or douchey, like guys can tend to get in this setting. they've really put together a great spot for anyone needing a place to train. whether it be a weekend visit to the area or looking for a new gym altogether, you owe it to yourself to give these guys a look.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice and clean place, they have good powerlifting equipment in great conditions, and I'm sure they'll keep improving it. Tyler and Michael were really nice and helpful during my time over there. The website looks good and it is really helpful with information as well, which is a plus. Definitely coming back anytime I find myself in Cincy!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in here because I was in town for work. A beautiful gym and very nice owners. I could tell that having the best equipment was important to the owners because of every detail. Kilo plates and competition racks are a must, but it was nice to even be able to use bands and a phone tripod for my videos. Any time I am in town again, I will be sure to come back!
