With my membership I received a free personal training session with Andres and he was super helpful and friendly :). I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone with any level of experience. Clean, friendly, and a great atmosphere, all things a gym should be.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time trying a gym but i had a great experience getting a feel of the equipment which a lot of it is easy to use. Physical therapy lit a fire in me i plan to burn out in the gym to build myself a better me. I haven't added my weights workouts to those because i wasn't to sure how and by the time i did i erased those screen shots but still i may not be able to lift as much as i use to but i am still making good progress imo

Experiencia fantástica: I always feel comfortable at this gym. It is easy to go in and find machines that work for my workout plan of the day.

Experiencia fantástica: Satisfied with my visit and will continue going there. The guy in the front was super helpful and straight forward in showing me what different memberships there were. He showed me around, seemed like he knew the ins and outs and also his guests too. Very welcoming, comfortable, locker rooms are great, not dirty always clean, and the stuff on tv is on point, not some random boring tv show, it’s news or sports which is great. The atmosphere of this gym is totally worth it, glad I started up a membership.

Experiencia fantástica: Cameron at the front desk is THE MAN! Anytime I need something he is right on it. Knows sports and keeps the Tv's fresh with the interesting games that are happening that day. Clean and great environment!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a new facility! I like the steam rooms and all the new equipment! Very friendly environment! A little small but nice to have rooms that are for cycles groups and zumba...

Experiencia fantástica: I used to go to 24 hour fitness, but the crunch in Bonita is a bit nicer than the 24H in East H St. Great part is I only pay $9.95 a month

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly it has been my favorite gym to go to since I've lived in San Diego(for 6 months) . I've been to a couple other gyms (such as LA fit, Chuze, 24hour), but honestly there's something about crunch! Great team members at the front! They're very approachable! The personal trainers are also very knowledgable and really do help the guests with any questions about fitness! There are many positive gym goers as well! Would highly recommend to at least try for one day and see how it is!
