Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE the choctaw Shape Fitness Gym! The staff are awesome!! They are always so helpful- even when they aren't "on the clock". I also enjoy the classes that are offered. The instructors are very supportive, especially to people like me (awkard in group exercise classes- LOL). I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get healthy and have support while doing it!

Experiencia positiva: If your looking for weights and a few cardio equipment its the place for you to go. I, on the other hand, would love to see Choctaw with a quality gym with amenities fit for the amount we pay. Sufficient locker rooms, sauna, larger workout areas, child care, etc. I will say, given their very limited space in the gym, the gym itself is not terrible. But Choctaw needs better. I sure hope Shape does make the move to the larger area and improves the amenities for their customers. If so, I will renew my membership as I cancelled it today. Until then, i'll sweat it out at Tinker Annex for free.

Experiencia fantástica: When i was a member of Shape fitness, Tina was an instructor in Harrah. Took her class for over a year before i had to quit due to an uptick in my work. She was/is probably one of the most organized instructors i’d seen. Every class, whether it was HIIT or a mix of yoga and aerobic, strength training, she always had a plan ready and even if needed could adjust on the fly. As far as I can remember, never repeated the same workout and was one of the few reliable class instructors there. Always in a good mood and a smile on her face(even with my cantankerous self) and ready to go. Couldn’t ask for a better person to have as an instructor. And if i were in closer proximity, i’d join any class she offers. She’s good people; among the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Giving it a 5 star only because of the instructor Tina Wilson! The gym itself is good as well, but Tina is why I continued to go for so long. From her HIIT/Cardio classes to the yoga and weightlifting classes she always made the class fun! Thank you for everything Tina!

Experiencia positiva: It's a decent place to work out. It's kind of small. Plus, I think they should buy another flat bench machine as there is only one. But, it is what it is. Also, the staff should monitor the men's locker room more. More times than not, I walk into an unpleasant smell with unwanted visuals in the toilet and urinal. Its amazing that men come here to build muscles but can't seem to flush the toilets... So, all in all, it's not bad. Just be be wary of the locker room.
