Experiencia fantástica: My place for a great full body workout! The instructors are really motivating. I love the early morning classes as it allows me to get some exercise in before my day starts. If you want to get fit as well as loose some weight take a class here! I definitely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff and atmosphere. Dropped in today for a great workout. They have extensive fitness options other than CF and many available scheduled classes. If I lived in the area, it would be my go to box.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches are great, work with you, and teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit training. There are multiple programs to meet your needs. I've been here for about 2-3 months and have lost 20lbs and getting stronger. Working out here is really fun and you get better everyday. Highly recommend CFCH!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the vibe here, friendly professional and absolutely accessible for all levels. I am just getting into crossfit at 47 and I believe I can do this. The trainers are patient and thorough with kindness and constant encouragement even when giving corrections. The desk ladies are totally on top of everything too! Thanks BJ, Ely, Casey, Donna and Kelly- what a fabulous team.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful facilities and more than just a Crossfit Gym. Comfortable place to go to for a newbie like myself. Clean. Friendly staff and people at the gym. Could use more showers but I think they are working on that.
