Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality I’ve been going to the Ross County Y for as long as I can remember! It’s almost a second home to me. The members of the staff are always friendly and helpful. The swim team gave me some of my best relationships and memories from my childhood.

We've attended for group fitness classes, exercising, child watch (while we exercise), preschool/summer camp/day care, swimming lessons, athletics, and so much more. The YMCA of Ross County is more than a gym - it is an all-in-one, family-friendly go-to for us and others in our community!

Experiencia fantástica: The YMCA has been an incredible start in my health journey. Lydia is wonderful she has taught me there is always a place to start and if you mess up just start again. I plan on returning as soon as I can. I had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago and when I'm done with therapy I'll be returning to the Y.

Experiencia fantástica: Very very family friendly place and fantastic staff! I’ve never walked into the Ross County YMCA and never been greeted and smiled at. They always smile and treat their visitors like family. The lifeguards are amazing and are very encouraging and welcoming. Overall, the Ross County Y is like my second home!

Experiencia positiva: The Y staff are always friendly and accommodating. The weight room and exercise room are clean and accessible, and there is ample equipment for the clients.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome. Once you start coming, they all make a point to know you and call you by name. The staff is always so helpful with any need or questions you have. The YMCA has replaced the old workout machines and purchased the latest equipment all in the last year. The staff offers so many different classes at times that fit my schedule. The fitness trainers and their staff are great in helping you on new machines, designing a workout based on your level of exercise and helping you reach your fitness goals. There may be larger and glitzier facilities, but nothing tops the way the YMCA treats me like family every time I am there.

Experiencia fantástica: Our kids absolutely love going here. From the staff to the facilities there are a number of things that you can do to keep you busy. The fitness room has been updated and if you can be at one of the open swims that are available, you can enjoy the nice pool they have. All of the staff are friendly and can answer any questions that you may have. I highly recommend this place.

This building offers a home for at risk youth, family childcare, after school mentoring, school aged athletics, adult fitness classes and senior wellness programs. The Ross YMCA is the most all-inclusive organization in Ross County and I'm a proud member. The YMCA works every day to ensure that all residents of Ross Co. have an equal opportunity to learn and grow.

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to the YMCA just to work out on my own on the recumbent bike or to attend a class like “Chair Yoga”. It is helping me lose weight for an upcoming surgery and it is strengthening my knees and making it so it is easier for me to walk. Also it is an excuse to get out of the house for awhile and get active and be around friendly people. The YMCA is taking seriously the COVID precautions so you will be safe and be able to enjoy your time there.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE my Y! I joined the Y when I first moved to town. It provided a great place to meet people and get my children involved. I’ve been a member for 6 years now, and my Y family is an integral part of my life. The adult classes are great, the facility is clean and well-maintained and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ross County is blessed to have this amazing facility.

I just hate the child watch for people who work through the week and they only do it until 730, Me getting off at 630 and heading straight there with my family, My huband and I only get a 30 minute workout at best, I didnt know they would close eairler going into the Spring/Summer months, I thought maybe with it being brighter outside longer the hours would change for the better. I may have to cancel my membership and find another place to workout ;(
