This is definitely a fitness success for me and it can be for you too! I encourage you to give Kaia a try….Great coaches, challenging classes and a rare fitness community that includes women of all ages, all sizes and all fitness levels. You can modify the workouts to your level with ease. I love going to the gym for classes but the new virtual workouts are great too! Highly recommend!
