Experiencia fantástica: First timer for crossfit and I liked it! This place not just a workout place but a community which is great. This community is super friendly, everyone are nice to me and the coach is really professional yet fun. Five star for this place and I recommended it.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into CrossFit Frontier for 5 weeks while in Cheyenne. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, would highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: New to the Crossfit world, I came here a few times to try it out. I definitely felt like an outsider, which made it a little uncomfortable, so I didn't feel drawn to come back. I had a couple decent workouts though. There is a small place for kids to hang out, which I appreciated. There is no locker room, which meant going home to change between work and the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to several CrossFit gyms and this one is the best! It is on par in quality with every other CrossFit gym, but the coaches and members are capable of talking about something other than CrossFit. The fact that they have the ability to interact like normal humans makes them stand out from other CrossFit gyms. If social interaction isn't your thing, then it's still a great place to show up for a workout, and go about your business. They have all the equipment needed for a wide variety of workouts. I've worked out pretty regularly over the past 10 years, and still was amazed at how much I learned here. I was able to improve on my Olympic lifting techniques, as well as learn several new stretches. Overall, great gym for any beginner or more experienced athlete.
