Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Chesterfield is awesome. Justin is great and provides an excellent balance between technical instruction, scaling suggestions and tough coaching to push members to be safe but train hard and get better. The members at the box are a welcoming crew; no matter which class I join on any given day the athletes training are friendly and helpful and push everyone to do their best. I joined the box after a long break from training (too long) and I am glad that I did. I have a long way to go, but CrossFit Chesterfield is helping me get better.

Experiencia fantástica: Chesterfield CrossFit and Justin McPherson have changed my personal and business life for the better. One day I was sharing a story with a friend that I wished I had more energy, in better shape and wasn't so tired all the time. After hitting age 46 and soon to be 47 and CEO of a business, I was terribly frustrated with my physique and needed to make a change. After 5 months of CrossFit at only 2 days a week, I have more energy than ever and I am in the best shape of my life. Justin really cares about his clients and is very serious himself of keeping himself in shape. My son even trains with me now and we have established a stronger bond. I can't put into words how appreciative I am to find Justin and Chesterfield CrossFit. I don't usually write these reviews, but was compelled to spread the word of the experience I am having. I love it so much I plan to increase my frequency to 3-4 days a week

Experiencia fantástica: Great Place. Dropped in for class while i was in town. This place is a legit Crossfit box. Nice platforms in the entry area. The main gym area is exactly what i think of when i think of crossfit, no frills, just weights and work waiting to be done. They are well equipped and there was enough equipment for everyone that was there. Coaching was solid and the programming was challenging. After the class I even got some great dinner recommendations. Definitely will drop in when I'm back in town.
