Experiencia fantástica: Opening December 2015! Great 24 hour facility. Extremely friend and affordable. Great Coed fitness center. Has all the cardio, machines, free weights and more!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for years. Solid gym with everything you need to get a good workout.

Experiencia positiva: So far it has been good. Staff cleans routinely, every machine works and it is not crammed. Only issue I have is the space and navigating through machines is cumbersome. I would much rather quality over quantity.

Experiencia fantástica: My second home! I’ve been going to Total Access Fitness for over a year now and I love it so much. I have never gone the gym so consistently before in my life. I would go to PF and literally never get a solid workout because of the limited equipment and it being so busy. I don’t have that issue with this gym. One of the first things I noticed was how super laid back it was. The only time it’s every “busy” is if there are training classes going on, but even then you still have room. The owner is super cool too! He’s very kind and down to earth. If you’re looking for a good gym, this is it! Hopefully one day they’ll put a hip thruster machine for my glute workouts! Lol *wink wink*

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! This gym is clean and has a lot of equipment. Leo is excellent and he greets you and he gives you a tour of the gym. Tim and Alicia are excellent trainers (I'm partial) but there are also a lot of other wonderful trainers in this gym. Its conveniently located in the Kempsvile area and with secure 24 hour access.

Experiencia positiva: Pretty solid gym. The free-weight area has just about everything you need to complete most workouts. The machine area has a decent amount of equipment. For the size, I'd say this is a great value gym. The owner is very friendly and never fails to greet you as you come in the door or leave. Most of the hours I go, the gym is wide open for use. While I don't have kids, it's pretty nice to see that there's a dedicated child area so kids are running around everywhere like you see in bigger gyms. My only complaint is, due to being a smaller gym, when the personal trainer is working with larger groups, it can be crowded in multiple areas. It's not a problem during peak times, but I try to avoid peak times so I can avoid the crowds. All in all, I'd rate this gym about a 4.5 star. It's a hideaway gem for those that like to hit the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Edit: it's spooky how I made this review and Ruthie a week they added 4 more 45lb bumper plates. 5 start work guys! Nice, private gym with well maintained equipment offering a wide variety of options for both cardio and weight training. Only recommendation would be to have additional bumper plates for heavier lifts, as it was a challenge to get enough weight for my heavy platform work. It is fantastic that this location has partnered with SwolFood, a meal prep service, allowing this location to meet nearly all my needs for physical fitness and nutrition.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym because of the 24 hour accessibility and it is right down the street from my house. It is never over crowded and everyone that is at the gym is very respectful and kind. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
