Experiencia fantástica: Ben, Adam and the entire Crossfit Krypton crew are fabulous! My family has been members for about 3 weeks and we love it. These people are passionate about Crossfit and the positive changes it can make it your life. They train you the right way, and stress form over amount of weight. They are always encouraging and pushing you to be you best. Definitely a positive experience.

Was great to visit this last weekend and see some old faces, and some new ones. Definitely one of my favorite crossfit gyms I've ever gotten to be a part of

Experiencia fantástica: This box is definitely the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone is very nice and the programming actually makes sense. I was hesitant to return to CrossFit but they were amazing. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! I am a member, and really enjoy the coaches, the large space, the equipment, and the general atmosphere. It's super clean, and the owners are the Smith's! Ben, Alec, and Dane, are all CrossFit Games Athletes, and it's so fun to see them around and be able to work out with them. Adam Klink, current leader of the under 5 minute mile and 500 pound squat in one day, is my coach almost every class. (6am) It is amazing to train with such gifted, strong, talented athletes. Whether you are coming by as a drop-in, or need a gym home, you will love it here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Unusual situation because I am not a member but my daughter is. Cannot say enough about what a genuinely safe, caring environment that they have produced for the CrossFit Kids class. I’ve coached kids before, and it’s definitely not easy. That being said, despite many different coaches (due to work schedules and babies for the staff), the consistency in quality amongst the coaches is hands down top notch. Thank you for providing such a respectful environment for my daughter.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in here last fall and again recently while I was down for a business trip. The facilities here are awesome and the people are super nice and welcoming! The coaches are super knowledgeable and will help you if you need it. Definitely dropping by again when I'm down here next time!

Every coach goes above and beyond to make sure that members are being safe and getting the workout possible. The quality of coaching at CrossFit Krypton is something that would be difficult to find elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in one morning with my girlfriend while in the area. We arrived before class and were greeted by Adam who was our Coach for the morning class. As an affiliate owner, I enjoy dropping into gyms and seeing how they operate and what has worked for them in a constant endeavor to improve our own affiliate. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had consistent attention to detail in regards to all the athletes. From the warm-up to the skill to the workout, he ensured that he stayed on task and kept it running smoothly and efficiently. The members were extremely kind and the facility was spotless. For a gym owned and operated by some of the top athletes in the East Region, the gym had quite the down home, relaxed feel and it was great to get that vibe so far from home. Whenever I am in the Chesapeake, VA area I will for sure be dropping into CrossFit Krypton. Thanks for the great workout and experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience. I came in during open gym while I was in the area on vacation. Sure enough, Alec and Ben Smith are right there working out and talking with everyone. I loved the friendly atmosphere. Genuinely good people. Also, the quantity and variety of equipment should make anyone happy. If I lived in the area, this would be my box.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for a 6 am class while in the area for work and couldn't be more impressed with the coach and class. This was a very welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. Strongly suggest dropping in if traveling or in the area! I'll be sure to stop in on future trips.
