Experiencia fantástica: Compound Crossfit has higher standards than most boxes. For example all pull ups are chest to bar for Rx, well guess what this only makes you better but makes you better faster. Look at what they had in the 2013 crossfit open "chest to bar pull ups". Also wall ball markings are a lot taller making the standard a little harder but making Rx standard anywhere else easier. The family here is close we all do things together and love to compete, but have fun.

Everyone at this gym is incredible… caring owners, dedicated coaches and friendly hard-working members. A truly supportive family environment with top-quality instruction and an awesome facility. Beginner or expert, you won’t regret checking this place out. A true gem.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to a lot of boxes, but this one is seriously the best. ALL of the coaches are absolutely amazing, so upbeat, and WELCOMING. They take time to actually coach you, correct form, and provide scaling options. The atmosphere is also 10/10 (I prefer smaller classes 10-15 people), everyone is so nice, there's a variety of equipment, and it's competitive but definitely not in a way that's super intimidating. I feel like I can truly focus on competing against myself and work on improving instead of feeling like everyone is watching me. I never feel like I have to push myself beyond what I know my body can do to the point I'm sick (which has happened at other gyms), but I still challenge myself and am already seeing increased mobility and my numbers are skyrocketing. This is a safe space in every way, and I am SO thankful for this community! There's also a good combo of strength/conditioning. Communication is 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, people 10/10, workouts 10/10. Can't recommend it enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I dropped into Compound Crossfit for two weeks while we were in Chesapeake, VA. The owners and coaches were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Over the two-week period, the programming was top-notch and included a lot of challenging, but fun workouts. I definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the area!!

During that time, I have dropped into many other boxes around the country, but NONE have compared to both the staff and programming. I have reached levels of physical fitness I never thought possible. If your looking for fitness or you want to get competitive, this is the place. You won’t be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Bottom line, I love this place. I started out in the bootcamp and fell in love. The trainers are far superior to any in your local gym. I had a membership at Gold's/One Life, a yoga studio, a small women's gym, and the Rec Centers over the years and the programing, training, and overall atmosphere of the Compound is immeasurably better. I will be a member of this facility for as long as they'll have me. Thank you to the Coaches, Staff and Members for such a wonderful experience, you guys are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I come into town every other month or so and was excited to find a CrossFit gym so close to where I stay. Compound CrossFit is very welcoming. The coaches and the athletes are totally awesome and I can't wait to come back and work out with them again. Thanks Ryan for providing such an awesome CrossFit away from home for me. The programming is some of the best that I have experienced in the 4 years of doing CrossFit. See you all soon!
