Experiencia fantástica: Just took 3rd class with Noelline. Haven't exercised in quite a while. Classes have been a learning curve and a little challenging, but I will continue to go to improve my health. All staff have been friendly and helpful. The exercise areas are clean and bright.

Experiencia fantástica: I go here to do cardiac rehab. Had triple bypass. Work out on exercise equipment and light weights to gain strength to different muscles. They are a great group of people. Helped me gain strength, I now get around Without Walker or cane. Still have sessions to go. Highly recommend 5 stars

Experiencia fantástica: The nursing staff is very nice and extremely knowledgable. The main gym is a bit small but the equipment looks very new and it has everything you'd need. The locker room is fine.

Experiencia fantástica: Attend classes 3 times a week! Love the place! No one makes fun of older citizens who value their health and fitness! Most of the members work hard and honestly to stay fit! Others do as much as they can...and that's why I respect this place! Everyone is equal!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. The trainers are very knowledgeable about medical problems that you are dealing with. I came in after a shoulder surgery and they were very helpful. They steer you in the right direction. Love the classes and the girls who teach them.
