Experiencia fantástica: We were visiting family from out of town. MY wife is recovering from knee surgery and needed to do some exercises on special equipment. These folks we so nice, letting her exercise. They allow use of their facilities at $5.00 per day. The were nice and very, very friendly. We'd highly recommend these folks. It kind of off the road just a little bit at the end of the parking lot.

Experiencia fantástica: The prices are decent, to be honest the best part of the gym are the classes. You're going to pay approximately 38 dollars a month and all classes are included. Yoga, zumba, hiit, spin ect... all of those could be 10 dollars each easy. Really sweet people

Experiencia fantástica: Fit One is conveniently located in relation to my home and work. All the equipment and locker rooms are very well maintained and CLEAN. There are several wellness classes you can participate in to have a group workout session. They contribute to the community through Special Needs programs and Silver Sneakers for senior specific wellness. There’s also an on-site chiropractor, masseuse, and a personal training team (Apex) that I highly recommend.

Equipment is always in good shape and the place is clean. Good atmosphere. Can't beat 5 bucks for a great workout!

Nice well maintained equipment, the gym is always clean. If you are just here on business or vacation they have daily plans too for a very low cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Fit One Gym is a complete, clean, affordable place to work out. I have rarely had to wait on a piece of equipment which is well maintained. Both clients and management are friendly and helpful and I am always warmly greeted with a smile when I come in. The owners are very receptive to suggestions. I cannot say enough good things about Fit One.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch, family friendly gym! The staff is super friendly and happy to help and answer questions. Childcare is outstanding! My son has been going there since he was a couple weeks old, and the child care staff have loved him so well! I have taken spin classes as well as yoga and all of them I have taken have been great! Highly recommend this gym! I truly can't say enough about them; the gym, owners, trainers, and staff are all amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Fairly small gym but well maintained and has all the necessary amenities. Cardio (indoor and outdoor), free weights, variety of machines, locker rooms, tanning beds, etc. Only downside is the fact that it's not 24/7.
