Experiencia fantástica: Adam has an amazing ability to keep track of each class member. During the workouts, he is constantly evaluating our form, adjusting our weight and coaching us to work harder. He also has a knack for making each class different, so I'm not counting to ten over and over repeating the same exercises. In almost ten years of classes, he has never repeated a workout. When we started, I was waking up every day with the usual set of aches and pains and assumed everything was breaking down according to schedule. Over time, I noticed that I felt better, I could move about more easily, I was hopping out of bed in the morning without worrying about "tweaking" my spine, and I was making less and less appointments with my chiropractor. That, combined with a beautiful facility and encouraging class members has been enough to keep us attending regularly, twice a week, since 2012.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility with a variety of equipment and nice bathrooms with showers. Trainers are super friendly and encouraging but will push you to leave your comfort zone. They are great about asking for feedback and tailoring sessions to your personal goals. Options for private and group training.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing small group training with Nicole for at least 8 years. When she trains she really cares about me and my body. She adjusts training to accommodate any problems I have. Her first question is how are you feeling today. She also gives nutritional advice when I ask. She helps with all my aches and pains, I feel so much better today with her help. I feel so much stronger and happier about my body. She mixes up what we do and equipment we use so you never know what she might have in mind but you get a total workout. Even though I am in a small group I feel I am getting personal training.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want results, if you want to be the strongest you can be, if you want to be challenged, this is the place to be! In over 7 years of training with Adam, I have never done the same workout twice. I'm stronger and more fit at 58 than I ever have been. I grew up riding horses, playing multiple sports and generally enjoying the outdoors and plan to keep doing so as long as possible. Working with Adam at Elevate makes that possible. Whether it's small group or personal training (I do both), he will push you to be the best you can be!
