Experiencia fantástica: Great little hidden gem of a gym in the Myer's Park area above the Mellow Mushroom. Has all your standard equipment, but I like that this gym has extra pieces of equipment not normally found in standard gyms, from sleds, to the monkey foot, nordic ham raises, etc. They also offer massages in a side room , which is a nice bonus. The owner Mike and staff are very friendly and treat you like family. My wife and I will be renewing our memberships.

The owner is a great guy, all the workers are incredibly kind and helpful, the other gym goers are serious lifters and respectful, the equipment was selected by someone who actually lifts... I could go on. The place is fantastic and I can't recommend them more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike is by far the best trainer in the Charlotte area. It started with 6am workouts with just myself. After coming home for 3months pumped up every session, my wife started working out with Mike as well. Now my (16yr) son is also working out with Mike. The guy is super professional, always prepared, never late! and brings a workout that will help you achieve and surpass your personal goals. Metro Fitness Club is a must try.

Experiencia fantástica: Metro isn't like other big box gyms. It's truly boutique and is the perfect place to workout if that's what you came in to do. All the equipment you need and the trainers are exceptional!
