Experiencia fantástica: Go here. There is plenty of parking and the coaches and members are welcoming. The programming is setup for all levels of fitness which is nice when traveling and trying to convince friends to workout either you.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym was great! I was in Charleston for business and was able to drop in for a 5 am class. The coaching was fantastic and the group was fun. I will definitely be back for more classes next time I am in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Visiting Charleston from Buffalo NY and dropped into this box this morning for a 7 am workout. Everyone was friendly and the coaching was great! WOD explained well and coaching along the way, even to me, a drop in/ non regular. Felt very comfortable here and highly recommend this place! Definitely would drop in again if I visit Charleston!

The new owners are great and doing wonderful things to improve the space and bring in more people. If you're looking for a new CrossFit gym to call home or just wanting to give it a shot, I definitely recommend CrossFit Charleston.
