Hailey was our coach and she was very welcomin and explained the movements well. It’s always a good sign when you’re dropping in and it feels like going to your home box. Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for a 630am class. Jackson was friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the class was friendly and the work out was great. Highly recommend as a drop in if you’re on vacation. If you’re lucky enough to live locally you should definitely join this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Nice and clean box perfectly located for visitors. I attended the 6:30AM class and it was just another member and me. The multi-scaled/leveled programming, was exactly what I needed after a few days of disrespecting myself with southern food and drinks. Thanks Holy City!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Charleston for a weekend getaway and dropped into Holy City CrossFit for a workout. What an awesome community, workout and facility! The coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming and encouraging, and the members are friendly and supportive. I also LOVE fun gear, and Holy City has a great t-shirt and tank selection! It was a wonderful place to drop into and made me feel right at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Came to Charleston on vacation and dropped in for this year’s CF Open Workout, 22.1. The gym owner and staff were awesome and supportive. Felt right at home from minute one. A special thank you to Coach Brooke who volunteered to judge me during the workout. Plan to go back next time we visit the Holy City ;)

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a Saturday morning class. Coach Adam and Owner Jessica were very good and very encouraging to all levels. Awesome energy with a group of 18 in our class. Jessica was running around during class the entire time helping keep everyone supplied with the weights and equipment they needed throughout the workout. Facility was clean and it was obvious that they cared about providing a great place for locals as well as visitors.

Flexible pricing for drop-ins if you're in town for a few days, nice place, overall GREAT programming and coaching, nice facility, and really welcoming downhome vibe. They make it easy to workout while you're on vacation or traveling for work. Highly recommend dropping in here.

Experiencia fantástica: Stopped in for a drop-in here while on vacation. I followed the instructions to pre-register, and had no issues when I showed up. Coach was great, fun WOD, and box was equipped well enough for the class. I would definitely stop by again!
