Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I both work out here because the owners and coaches are amazing! The workouts are designed for everyone, so if you’ve never given Crossfit a chance then this is the place to start! We have a great time and get a great workout. I came looking for a good workout and now it’s my second home. The gym is next to a kids trampoline-parkour place called KTR, so you can workout and drop your kids off knowing they’re having a blast. Come try out a class!

You’ll definitely get a great workout, coach Mike has a full body program that will kick your butt everyday!! The community at this gym is so friendly & welcoming feels like family!!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome CrossFit gym!! Workouts kick my butt which is great! Ive been going for close to 3 yrs. I’m 38 and in the best shape of my life! Coach Mike is great, super helpful and knowledgeable (not afraid to give me constructive feedback to make sure you form is good). The classes are always a good time, everyone is very friendly! Love this place definitely should give it a try you’ll be happy you did!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been great for the whole family. I love that my kids are active, having fun and getting stronger while I am doing the same. The Crossfit trainers are patient and knowledgeable. They understand that there is a learning curve for mastering the techniques and are there to teach, correct, encourage and motivate. Members are friendly and their level of fitness varies so anyone can walk through the door and feel welcomed to sweat amount friends and be challenged with every WOD. I like that we can use the gym at our convenience, even if we miss the scheduled classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I had back surgery at 18 followed by twenty years of back pain. I started CrossFit at this gym 8 months ago and the trainers really helped me with form and getting healthy. My back has never felt better and I am in the best shape of my life. As an added benefit, it feels like a family.

Experiencia fantástica: This Crossfit gym is awesome! The coaches and members are all very welcoming and encouraging. If you have kids, the additional cost to get a KTR membership is minimal. Now my kids get exercise while I work out rather than watch a movie like most other gyms. Give it a try, you WON'T be disappointed.
