Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome. Very friendly place, staff are great. I am so happy that I found this place for my daughter. They are very understanding, friendly, and they have lots of patience for our kids with special needs. 6 stars for you all!

Experiencia fantástica: This facility is clean, staff are friendly and everyone is so welcoming. I was looking for a gym and trainer that would keep me wanting to come in because relying on myself to workout wasn't doing it. Especially when I had no idea what I was doing going to a regular gym by myself. What I love the most is that the workouts are different every time and planned out to challenge us, yet keep it fun. I look forward to continue training at Substance and getting healthier and stronger!

Experiencia fantástica: I've done several different kinds of workouts from a private trainer to Orangetheory. Sweat/Substance is an amazing workout every single time I go. Maesa is a wonderful trainer who is always watching, guiding, teaching, correcting, and helping me be the best I can be (and not get hurt). The people are all friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. If you are looking for a great place to workout, get strong, and lose weight... this is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an intense circuit training workout with a lot of really nice people. Each day is a different experience and pushes me to keep getting stronger. I really enjoy it!
