Experiencia fantástica: I owe this gym my life. Tommy the owner is great. He is as much a part of that gym as the equipment. Not for the faint of heart - there is a minimum testosterone level required for entry. Joking aside, despite its appearance, all are welcome. A true “judgement free zone”. You will find it all - bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman. A place for professionals to do their thing and beginners to understand what it means to lift and most importantly - have fun.

Experiencia fantástica: A gym's gym. No frills but the only place that offers hard core training for those looking for hard core workouts. Also a place that provides the the means for strength and finesse training. If you're looking for results, OSG is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Started working out at OSG back in the 80’s. Over the years had the pleasure of watching RIs best bodybuilders and powerlifters in action. Tommy is a gym legend. A great guy and he remembers everyone’s name who passed throughout his doors over the years. If you are looking to meet broads go somewhere else. Only serious ironmen allowed!!! Salute tutti!!

Experiencia fantástica: Ocean State Gym is a true gym. A gym for training hard, making friends and bettering yourself. Ocean State holds true to the roots of bodybuilding and hardcore lifting, there is no “fluff” involved. I had a great time training here and the daily one time workout fee is incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about getting a great workout in.

Experiencia fantástica: Worked out here for the first time yesterday. And absolutely loved this gym. If you’re like me and love the traditional old school iron addicts workout and equipment. This gym is it. I’ve been to all the franchise gyms LA, PF, The Y, Edge. And none of them compare to this gym. A true bodybuilders playground.

EVERY ONE IS VERY NICE IF YOU NEED A SPOT THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE TO LEND A HAND . I WOULD PERSONALLY LOVE TO OWN THE GYM. AS I HAVE BEEN INTRESTED IN OPENING UP A OLD SCHOOL GYM .
