Experiencia fantástica: Great place!!! Staff is respectful, on top of maintaining the gym and making sure everyone is following the rules. The gym overall is very spacious and has all the equipment you need, for Olympic Lifting, crossfit, traditional lifting and getting ready for the ACFT.

Experiencia positiva: For the military of course. But kept super clean and a lot of the newer equipment in the main gymnasium is modern hammer strength racks with plenty of space to get the job done. I'll give it a five-star once the covid restrictions are gone.

Experiencia positiva: This place ain't bad and is a great option while on TDY. It's practically empty at 0500 and there is enough equipment for what ever your fitness goal needs are. Yeah some of the stuff is older, but the facility is very clean and well maintained.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym no waiting on equipment. Also there is a basketball court. Weight room, cycle room and master fit work out area.
