Experiencia fantástica: If you want to get in shape and have fun at the same time, DMC Boxing is your final destination. Coach Daniel is an experienced boxer, trainer and most importantly teacher. He will adapt your training to your level and needs. That applies whether you are a kid (hyperactive? Special needs? No problem), an aspiring competitive boxer, or a guy or girl (any age) who let the pounds pile up and want to reclaim your health. Do not be intimidated if you never stepped on a boxing ring before. Coach will introduce you to the sport from level 101. And if you think that you prefer not to go because “you don’t want to get punched”, you must know that fitness boxing at DMC does not include punching each other, it’s just using the training and technique to get back in shape physically and mentally.

Everyone at the gym is very friendly in my experience and everyone is happy to see you improve and enjoy yourself. Fantastic gym and can’t recommend it enough. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: I love intense work outs and this is one of the best work outs I have ever had. Small enough classes where you get one on one training and you WILL NOT feel intimidated. You are never too old or too young to try out a class. You can go at your own pace whether your male or female!
