I had such a great work out and burned 450 calories whille learning some basic moves and foot work . He taught me how to put my hips into my upper cut and cross, and it one session i feel so much stronger and tougher confidence wise ! Thanks coach jay you have a gift for teaching

Experiencia fantástica: Took Coach Paige Powerhouse Di Bartolos 8pm class tn (Tuesday) at Ronin Tactical Fitness and it was Truly one of the best work outs I have had since coming back from an ankle injury. Coach Paige is very patient , energetic and extremely passionate about the technique as well as making the whole class GET THAT WORK!! She explains everything in perfect detail and helps everyone out whenever there could be some confusion. You know you had an amazing class when your sore half way through the class! Definitely a must have class in your daily work out routine and I can't wait to see what the other class have to offer as well. Thank you so much Coach Paige for a great night workout and great sleep I will get from it!! For the record the ankle feels great as well.
