Experiencia fantástica: Carlo (the owner) is a genuinely kind, good person who actually cares about helping the people that walk through his doors. I’ve worked out most of my life and his workouts and instructions have me dripping sweat and wanting more. If you’re looking for a place that will welcome you like you’re part of the family look no further. My only complaint is that I didn’t find CrossFit The Rock sooner.
