Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy coming here. The people are friendly- from the front desk staff to the managers, personal trainers and patrons. The place is clean; bathrooms included. I always see patrons walking around with a spray bottle; wiping the machines after use. My personal trainer is Dwayne. He's affable, attentive, and always helpful. He will push you beyond your comfort zone. Fabiola is my favorite group instructor. Her energy is consistently positive. She's both encouraging and will also challenge you. I come here to decompress.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym location was spotless, and on the second floor of the larger mall. There were staff available to answer member questions. There are lockers to hold members items, but bringing a lock is recommended. There are wipes to wipe down equipment after use. Depending on the level of membership, you can use the Hydromassage machine for up to ten minutes per day. Wearing masks is now optional

Experiencia fantástica: I actually signed up months ago but never came in because I travel a lot but finally took the leap and Kito greated me at the door. His dry witt matched mine and he made me laugh right from the start. Then Marlon who I found out was maintenance, kept me laughing. Then I met Tina, who also made me feel at home and introduced me to the Hydro bed, my new Obsession by the way. Lastly, the GM talked to me about making sure I utilize what I'm paying for. Great experience, will be back

I reside in Lefrak city Queens corona area. Crunch ROCHDALE is my club of choice and your staff are the main reason the equipment could be better you need a free weight shoulder press station and som heavier dumbbells. Maurice signed me up and he was extremely nice and positive! All of the staff rocks! The members are also about their business. Serious people about their health and well being. The gym is clean also did I mention that? I can not wait to see Cindy’s class live there!

Experiencia positiva: I like this gym great location and pretty clean as tho they have slipped a little lately. The one thing I really don’t like is that ppl are allowed to bring in their personal trainers they start filming videos like it’s their gym which gets in the way when your in the training area. They get an attitude like your ruining their production ????????. Also why would I want to be filmed? It’s ridiculous and sometimes the male staff members stare at you on stalk mode and it’s annoying.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very clean and tidy. Credit goes to the maintenance staff, including Joseph who takes an extreme amount of pride in what he does. Part of the reason why I joined is not only for this gym’s geographic convenience but also for its cleanliness-which goes a long way. Keep up the great work.

Experiencia fantástica: Hope all is well. I would love to give this gym 5 Stars but it missing a great class. I am a member of the Rochdale location Crunch. Absolutely love the gym, but what I see that this gym especially in this community don’t offer is a step aerobics class. This gym is definitely losing potential and new members because it doesn’t offer this class, which leads people out of this community to go to the nearest gym which is less than 5 miles away to 24hr fitness because that gym offers step aerobics and a dance hit. I would love to see this gym especially since it’s in a big coop community to offer step aerobics class and I could guarantee you that your revenue of customers would greatly increase within less than a month. We as Rochdale is a community of upbeat, movements, dance community. Not offering step aerobic. The voice was heard and movement is being made. I appreciate the management team and look forward to change . YAY

Experiencia fantástica: My first day I meet with Tina she was professional. She patiently helped me enroll here at crunch Rochdale. I had many questions that she answered for me. I did not have my vaccine card with me and she was kind enough to help me download and register for NYC excelor pass. The gym is beautiful and the team is very caring. I can tell they love it here.

Experiencia positiva: I want to start by saying that I love that a great quality gym was placed in our neighborhood! I’ve been a member since 2019 and I can truly say it has been a place to build community and my confidence levels. I’ve noticed as of late that some of the amenities that I’ve grown to appreciate has been non- existent. In the morning I love to catch up on current events or sports and for the past few months there has only been 1 working Television. I’ve found the T.V. to be a great distraction to getting cardio complete and to notice that there hasn’t been ANY for months is more than disappointing. I sometimes wonder if corporates lack of urgency to fix this issue is due to the gyms location. I don’t think I would experience these issues at any Crunch Signature locations. I could be wrong, but it could feel like that at this rate.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Crunch Rochdale when they first opened. I have not been disappointed. The gym is affordable, great equipment, locker rooms, classes, personal training and additional products such as the hydromassage machine to healthy snacks for purchase. The staff is friendly and helpful. The overall gym is well maintained and cleaned by a staff that seems to take pride in their job. My personal trainer, Nashawn Brown AKA Coach Brown is the best at what he does. I purchased a membership for my boyfriend for Christmas. He is a die hard NY Sports Club member but I have converted him for at least a year. I really don't have a negative thing to say about the location and experience. I have improved my health journey with Crunch Rochdale!

Experiencia fantástica: The maintenance of the gym is very clean and neat, The fitness classes are excellent, especially the HIIT CLASSES, Rock , Lanita, Ursula, Marie and Sharifah are excellent instructors. These instructors have the passion and energy for what they do. Crunch Rochdale fitness have everything I need for a workout and it is close to home. On a scale of 1 thru 10 . I rate this location 10 for excellence.

The location was right, equipment on point, professionalism from the staff and cleanliness through out the facility. And to top that off is when I signed up for the Kickoff and met the Head Trainer Nashawn Brown, who is absolutely awesome! He is successfully helping me reach my fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a pretty clean gym. It’s not extremely packed like other gyms. I like that they have cleaning solutions for all members to use. They kindly enforce the mask rule. There’s also a parking lot so that helps. The staff members are total sweethearts.

Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly call this place my second home. The staff makes you feel welcomed and are extremely friendly. The place is clean and I love that they take care of the equipment. You can see the staff cleaning down the equipment/area regularly, and if something breaks it is quickly replaced/repaired. Also, the bathroom/locker room is well kept and hand sanitizing stations are regularly refilled. The staff truly cares about their customers' health which I greatly appreciate. My only ask is that more WiFi access points are placed throughout the gym, or upgrade the current ones because there are definitely dead spots. Sometimes it doesn't even work at all. Other than that you will not find a better location to meet your fitness goals. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: I truly have a new found appreciation for cleanliness and that can be found at Rochdale! The staff can always be seen sanitizing. Upon signing up Khaliah and McKella made joining super easy as they were professional and welcoming. The members here are very dedicated to working out. Absolutely no idlers! My only downside is the wifi. Please work on strengthening especially during these times where it is essential. Just to add, their classes are everything! You will not feel alienated here. Lanita and Michelle... you ladies are doing a fantastic job with instructing the classes. Thank you Crunch! If I ain't with the kids at home, you can find me here lol.

The personal training is awesome, I wasn’t serious about joining but I’m glad I made the right decision. I also love the fact that they understand how to treat a women with a hijab.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Crunch 100%. I would especially recommend training with Head Trainer Nashawn Brown. He is very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Whatever goal you are you are trying to obtain on your fitness journey, he is more than capable in helping you achieve those goals. He has a great spirit and goes above and beyond for his clients. The facility itself is very clean and the support staff is very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch is definitely following the protocol for distancing and sanitizing. You mush show proof of vaccinated. It was not crowded. I will devote myself to one hour on Sunday's.

Experiencia fantástica: I could not do an update to my original review months ago so this is an edit/update since the reopening. I could not be more impressed with their handling of the gym in a Covid world nowadays. First they offered to put memberships on hold for anyone that wasn't ready to return to the gym. Now they do the usual temperature checks at the door, however, they actually offer you a mask and your own personal cleaning bottle for the equipment. Also every other cardio maschine is tagged out for social distancing measures. All equipment is still available for use except the fitness studio as of right now which is expected. A few of the trainers were going around cleaning equipment as well as making sure all members where following the guidelines. I really couldn't be more impressed with the gym!

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is brand new and clean. The weight-lifting machines have directions on them, so you can lift weights without hiring a trainer. There are TVs and outlets to plug your headphones in to listen to the TVs. People wipe down their machines after they work out. My only request is that they sell coconut water. Great place to work out!

The staff is warm, welcoming and professional. Shout out and big up to my trainer, Nashawn, the consummate professional. I love that he pushes you to new heights. Awesome! Even when I don't feel like training, I am always glad I did when it's all said and done. Never disappoint. Lizette's zumba class is fun and furious and invigorating. Good vibe, good music, serious cardio, toning and strengthening techniques make this a very popular and effective class. So popular that it's a race to book a spot. Another Lizette class could ease the overload. Just saying...................

Experiencia fantástica: I just love my personal trainer Yasmin . She is young, very professional and caring. The crunch staff is very friendly over all. This location is very close to where I live. Parking is not a problem. No excuses no pain no gain.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Crunch at Rochdale!!! Cindy is PHENOMENAL. Her classes are the absolute best. She is the challenge you need. We always leave knowing that you put in the work. She needs to teach some evening classes. Area of improvement is the music that plays in the gym. It's horrible. The music needs to cater to the clientele. Hard rock ain't cutting it.

I totally love my Coach Nashawn Brown. He’s a gentle giant who cares about his clients holistically. The results I have obtained are mind blowing.
