They have many amazing classes at a variety of times that will allow younto find your perfect fit. Additionally, the studio's classes are all easily viewed and booked with their intuitive app. Finally, the instructors are really nice. Avi, especially, is a super nice dude. Best studio in the five towns - hands down!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow where do I even start. The moment I found out that Avi was giving classes. I immediately signed up, my whole focus now is staying fit and reaching my goals. All of the trainers are extremely nice and welcoming! After seeing my results from spinning and eating better, there’s no other place I would rather be signed up too! I FEEL AMAZING

Experiencia fantástica: I have one word for this gym... WOW. I am training for an event with my children ages 9 and 14 and Joined a class where Avi was the instructor. Not only did we get a challenging and unique workout. He tailored it to each and every participant and pushed everyone to their max in a caring but tough and motivating way. Don’t look any further for your fitness needs!!
