Infrared benefits add up, plus I feel great afterwards. It's also very private feeling. You are in your own in a sauna doing a prerecorded workout. I love it!

I go in sleepy, sweat like crazy, burn a ton of calories, and then leave feeling refreshed and ready to slay the day! Love my Hotworx!

Experiencia fantástica: Finally addicted to something good for me I love this gym and the innovative concept of working out in infrared heat. If I was worried about a virus, this would be the ONLY place I’d go! 130 degrees and the staff cleans top to bottom daily.

Experiencia fantástica: I will be honest here. I LOVE instructor led classes; it's the only thing that motivates me to work out. But when I heard of Hotworx, I was hesitant. The class being led by a pre-recorded video? I wasn't too sure about that. Then one day, on a whim, I decided to try it. And I fell in love. Hard. I felt SO good working out in the heat, feeling like I was getting 1:1 instruction, and loving the flexibility of the variety and frequency of classes. I've gone almost daily since I joined, and from day 1, started noticing a difference in my skin. By day 2, I started noticing more flexibility. I absolutely love the way Hotworx is set up. I've been able to get into whatever class/time I'd like, and other than when I plan to go with a friend, I've been able to be the only one in a class. If you're even remotely curious, my recommendation is go try out a class. That's what I did, and I am so glad I did!! Membership prices are way lower than other "instructor-led" places, and it's open 24/7. Couldn't ask for more!
