When I came here EVERYONE was so welcoming and motivated and talked to me. The culture was phenomenal. The workout was super intense I can tell this is the place to go if you want to get shredded. I can’t say enough about this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here off & on ever since July when Missy took over. Every time you come in it feels like family, from the owner, coaches, & members. Positive vibes all around. Oh, you can't forget about the workouts; they are hardcore, & the music is every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Initially thought that this was just another basic HIIT class. BOY was I wrong!! High intensity, strenuous, varied movements taken to the next level! This is exactly what I was looking for. The coaches as well as other members are all very welcoming and encouraging. I like that there are many different classes that span the range of intensity. There are many workouts that work different parts of the body with great compound movements.

Experiencia fantástica: I came for a change in scenery from my normal gym but I am absolutely staying for the range of classes (cardio, strength/resistance training, hybrid, HIIT), the exceptional coaching staff that makes it feel like you have your own personal trainer in a lively setting and especially the fit family! We keep each other accountable but have fun doing it and I couldn’t ask for more! Thank u!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 Cedar Park’s workout is challenging and rewarding, I’ve never felt the effect (or sweat) so much after any other workout. The coaches at Cedar Park are positive and motivating every single day, and actually care. The other members push themselves and cheer each other on. The workout is for anyone no matter skill, age, etc. So glad I finally joined this studio!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the Marine Corps and super into bodybuilding during that time. A couple years after getting out I had become super unmotivated to workout. F45 has provided me with the consistency that I needed but more than that it has provided me with a community that I have longed for since my separation from the Marine Corps. Every person is welcome and so are the trainers. If you have the chance to attend an F45 class at Cedar Park do it. You won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: The Coaches are very welcoming to new members. During my workout I was given energy from the coaches. Missy was very kind and helpful and very passionate about her studio. I am yet to try their In-Body machine but I am very excited to see how it goes. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been one of the best experiences I have had at a gym ! My 05:15 Workout squad keeps me motivated every single day . All of the trainers are Great ! Michael does a great job keeping the energy high in his classes. He is also attentive , making sure that your form is correct and that you don’t risk injury. The workouts are never boring and always challenging! The staff has done a great job navigating the changing landscape of visiting a gym during covid -19 If you’re looking for a fun environment to work up a sweat safely then F45 is it !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow...ouch! My friend invited me to join her for a Saturday class and what a blast it was. It was very challenging yet doable. The class goes by so quick that I didn't anticipate the after muscle burn (the ouch that makes me want to go back - it's working! The I worked out ouch!) The studio was super clean and the coach was enthusiastic but not annoying. Great equipment too - all very clean.
