Experiencia fantástica: I have tried out basically every gym in Cedar Park and this is by far my favorite. The womens locker room and sauna are very nice, the machines and equipment are great and the staff is friendly. I live closer to the other Cedar Park location and drive to this one because of the sauna.

Experiencia fantástica: New and modern equipment and one of the roomiest Gold's in the area. They do a great job keeping the equipment running and everything clean. Their staff is friendly and helpful. This facility includes a large group fitness area, cycling studio, huge main floor, cardio cinema, stretching area and Gold's Fit studio.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm no longer a member since the beginning of the pandemic, but I enjoyed the pool, exercise equipment and classes. It's no longer in my budget, so not planning on rejoining.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my home gym. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The variation of equipment is great and the facilities are always kept clean. The equipment sometimes breaks, however the staff are always prompt in submitting repair tickets. Current shipping issues have caused a slight delay, however that doesn't fall on Golds. Great gym with supportive members!

Experiencia positiva: Great gym, but they screw you over when you try to end your membership. You can't do it through the normal app or website and have to use a special hidden form. Even then, they make you pay for several additional months even in their "no contract" plan. EDIT: Owner says you can "fill out a cancellation form at the front desk". I asked to do that several times and was told that the manager had left for the day (~6pm). I was told I could schedule an appointment to cancel my membership or come back earlier when it is more convenient for them. LOL

Experiencia fantástica: I have enjoyed attending this gym. I always found issue with dusty equipment at other gyms. This location is clean, and has plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. I'm always greeted when I arrive and when I leave. There is a variety of equipment so you don't feel that you're waiting for things or rushing someone. Everyone seems very nice, and willing to help if you need it. My trainer Kaelyn is knowledgeable and communicative. I always feel like I'm getting way more than I pay for after our sessions. I do wish the pool was still in use, though I hear the sauna is fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This location is always kept very tidy and machines always seem to be super clean! Staff is always outgoing and friendly - doing their jobs, but never interrupting my day to try to up-sell me on a higher membership or to get persoanal training! I know all of those options are there if I ever decide to explore them, but it feels like the ball is left in my court to bring this up and I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!! Love this location

Experiencia fantástica: Finally started to work out and since Gold's is less than 1/2 mile from my house decided to give it a try. I was fortunate to be able to get some Personal Trainer time with Lawrence (Law) who is awesome. He helped me work within my physical restrictions, showed me the different machines and was encouraging and helpful in getting me acclimated to the gym. Would STRONGLY recommend him and this clean, well kept facility!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great location, adequate # of benches, free weights and cardio machines like treadmills and elipticals to handle the after-work crowd. I prefer the larger 1890 Ranch (Cedar Park) location for twice the amount of 100+ lb dumbbells and a full-set of hammer strength machines.

Experiencia fantástica: I have recently joined as of last week. Tim who is recovering from an injured knee was kind enough to still walk me around and show me the facility and what it has to offer. I was able to schedule my 3d body scan with William, a few days later. Which was pretty much the coolest thing ever. if your trying to get an exact start of where you are and set your goals and see how you've done after a month or two I would definitely recommend trying it out. I've taken body pump and zumba and have used the wieghts and open section if the gym. So far I am very pleased with my experience here. #gym #fitness #groupclass

Experiencia fantástica: This review is for Cypress and Pflugerville. I love Gold's gym. It is clean and nice; has everything I need and a fantastic staff. Lindsey, Laura and Courtney from Cypress are the ones that got me to keep coming back in the Fit/Cycle program. They are amazing - fun, knowledgeable and just really good people!! All Spin instructors at Cypress have been great. For Fit, I get the most from Nikki and Lindsey so far, but haven't tried too many classes from others. Lindsey provided ramp up training for Fit and made me better fast. I am amazed at Lindsey's natural ability to make everyone feel like a million bucks while making them better too!

Experiencia fantástica: First and foremost, $40 a month at Golds beats my $80 at Lifetime I was spending. The staff is great and you feel like you're at a gym and not a fitness club. The gym is brand new so everything is in great shape. I'm not too crazy about the crossfit section, but to each their own. I believe the company as a whole and this location are headed in the right place.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this new location! Gym is spotless and staff is extremely friendly. I've been a member of Golds for many years and this one is top notch! I love having the sauna right inside the girls locker room. Parking is good and easily accessible at any time of day.
