Experiencia fantástica: The first time I had a membership here I had inconvenient billing issue, a year later, I resigned due to re-locating back to cedar park from college and my second experience was great. The trainers and the rest of the staff are all fairly knowledgeable in fitness and nice people. The "meat heads" of the gym look intimidating, however, you will be pleasantly surprised upon engaging in conversation with them. I recommend that you don't interrupt their set by talking their head off, but in my experience, when I'd ask a quick question they would give great advice and occasionally show me how they do the exercise of which I was inquiring about, without me eve n asking them to. This location has everything you need, a nice locker room, a pool, a cinema/cardio room, a basketball court and the weight lifting equipment is great. After spending the last year lifting here, I will legitimately miss this place. It really has a way of growing on you.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place! Notice that I did not say "perfect", but it really is an awesome place to workout. The staff is great and personable from the counter person, Scott in the AM, Sales Rep Three (Yes! That's his first name-Three!!) to Joe a 60+ year old Trainer who is in exceptional shape! The people who go there to workout are truly focused types and not the kind that just want to "showboat" and "strut" around doing nothing. Equipment is in good shape and there is plenty of room for whatever workout I choose. Les Mills classes are super good as well. Anyways, It has been good to me and I thank everyone there for making it a great place to work out!!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome! They have come a very long ways and are really beginning to put customers first! Their personal trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. Management has stepped up to the plate and is making the gym more appealing to the eye. I highly recommend checking it out again, if you've ever had a previous bad experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Out of all the Gold's Gyms I've been to, this location is by far the best! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. All equipment is well maintained and the gym is always super clean!

This gym is the best Gold's gym I've seen so far, they actually have "bodybuilders" that come and workout, not like the other scrub Gold's gyms! Hot girls everywhere, yeah it gets packed, but what do you expect from the 1890 Ranch area! It has everything you need! pool, sauna, basketball court, even has 5 rooms for yogo, kids daycare, movie room, stretch room, and bike room! Also, it seems like everybody complaining had billing issues! It's not an issue unless you don't pay your bills, just pay them. Sometimes they give you free smoothies too:) They have it all, 5 start ask the way!

Experiencia fantástica: My Gold's Gym Cedar Park is awesome!! The trainers I have used are very knowledgable and everyone is very friendly. They are open to suggestions and feedback and work to keep the machines working and customers happy. I work out early mornings 7 days a week at my Gold's and I enjoy every visit. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a great place to workout!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the Cedar Park location! I lost all my baby weight (after twins) with a personal trainer. Never thought it would happen. So glad I took the challenge. Trainers are very helpful and friendly...even when you are the "new guy". Great place to get motivated to change your life! My twins love the staff in the child care area.

Experiencia fantástica: I have recently joined the Golds Gym in Cedar Park. Gym is clean and employees are very helpful. Trainer Tony Grasso is the best trainer I have ever had. He pays attention to your golds and gives tips on technique. I have never felt more stable and strong with my squats! I would encourage others to join.

Experiencia positiva: If you are into traditional body building, then this is the place. Has a full sized indoor basker ball court too. But lacks some basica amenities like sledge, swimming pool, slant board etc

Experiencia positiva: I enjoy being apart of Golds Gym. I’ve tried out all of the gyms in the area only because this location has the sauna closed. I’m not sure if they are ever planning on bringing saunas back to this location. I end up driving to the Cypress Creek location because of this. Other than that, this is a great gym with friendly staff and great hours.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff makes this location so worth the extra 5 min drive for me!! Thank you for changing out the free weights for new ones AND keeping the machines in top shape for us to workout on. I appreciate how friendly the staff and most the patrons are. I walk in and feel respected and appreciated and part of a gym community:). The layout is great, it has everything I need, and true that the kids center is gone, BUT AT LEAST THE GYM IS OPEN!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member since January 2014 at the Cedar Park Gold's at 1890 Ranch. I have seen lots of changes. I continue to see Will Carter for personal training and participating in studio classes. Even with this crazy past year, I wouldn't consider skipping the gym. The Covid-19 lockdown was the longest period for me. Even though I worked to remain active, I felt my fitness gains slipping. I've been back since the gym reopened. I have felt comfortable and seen the staff strive to keep the gym clean and safe to work out in. Will has gotten me back to working out hard again. He also runs several of the Burn and Cycle studio classes. I highly recommend these classes. We do a variety of weight and cardio exercises. Will makes everyone feel comfortable and gives options for various fitness levels. I love the members I workout with and the staff that supports us. You will be greeted friendly from the time you enter the gym until the time you leave. Management is good to listen and work to make the 1890 Gold's the best in the company.

Experiencia fantástica: I see many bad reviews for this location, but this is a solid gym. People are professional, machines work well, the gym is very big, and it is located in a nice area with many stores. I had to cancel due to relocation, but I had no issues with canceling, they canceled without problems, and did NOT continue charging like some other reviewers complain.

Experiencia fantástica: It is pretty good, clean and maintained. It is just flat $25 a month, only thing is once you sign up and if you want to cancel they also change you for next month as well, we have to let them know almost 2 months before which is better i feel for short term membership. Minimum would be 2 months and it would be $50 for 2 months. Make sure you let them know that you want to cancel a MONTH before.

Experiencia fantástica: Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I like this gym quite a bit. It had an average setup for racks until they got two new very nice olympic platforms/racks a few months back like their counterpart down the road on cypress creek. I don't use the pool so I can't comment there. It's generally very clean, plenty of equipment, not super swamped when I go (6:30-8:00pm), and has everything I need for lifting. Really the only thing I think is lacking would be maybe a steam room but other than that if you're into lifting it has everything you need. I'm thinking most of the people giving this place bad reviews are probably better off at Planet Fitness ;) also I canceled an old membership at a diamond level Lifetime Fitness and they charged me for a few months afterwards, it seems to be pretty common for the industry. Don't get mad because you didn't read the contract that you signed.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym for body builders! They open at 4am and close at 11pm on most nights. No gym in the area can compete for amount of machines and amount of free weights. Equipment is rarely out of order - they fix things fast or replace with new.

I was clearly told as I signed digitally what needed to happen in regards to the cancellation policy. It’s simple! The Gym is extremely clean and the staff was amazing. Please keep in mind I’m negative a lot!!!! Like a lot a lot..... I look forward to beginning my Golds Journey tomorrow. Oh and the tanner next door TANITALL is amazing! ~Colleen

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE THIS GYM! It's clean and every one who works here is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The main thing I love about this gym? Childcare. My baby and I have been going almost every day since she was 4 months old. I feel like the women who work in Kids Club legitimately love and adore my daughter... and she loves and adores them. My daughter has been scratched a couple of times by a couple of different children (they're babies... that stuff will happen), and I have been incredibly pleased with how the ladies in Kids Club have handled the disruptions. They are fabulous! I also love love love Body Pump on Monday, Wednesdays and Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m.!

Most important for me is that it's not gross, it's always clean. I've been to other gyms, even golds gyms that are absolutely disgusting. This is the best gym I've been to and I'm so glad it's close to my house. I've been a member for 2 years and don't want to switch. Keep up the good work

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. Everyone is kind and encouraging, but I love doing water aerobics! Will, the water aerobics instructor and a personal trainer, not only gives us an awesome workout, but he sincerely cares for everyone he meets and takes the time to make you feel strong and capable of anything! He is definitely one of the reasons this gym is so awesome! With that said, all the Golds employees here are encouraging and supportive. I love this gym so much that my husband says it is my second home. He is absolutely right, this isn't just another gym...this is my Golds Gym Family where everyone encourages each other and where you can come exactly as you are and feel welcome and loved. Just don't expect to stay exactly as you are, because everyday I come to the gym I leave feeling a little bit stronger and more confident physically but also mentally and emotionally!!!! I struggle with depression and anxiety, but I have found that being an active member of this gym is a huge part in being able to manage my depression and anxiety! I'm so grateful I found my lifetime gym/family and I promise you won't regret becoming a member!

Experiencia fantástica: Not exactly sure what Adam's issue with Luke is. I found him to be totally helpful and truthful regarding my membership here. Everyone knows (and it is plainly written on the contract you sign) that there is a thirty day notice to cancel any membership in any gym or tanning salon in the state of Texas. (guess he didn't bother to read what he signed) Anyway, besides that, I also thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from my membership at Golds. With all the aerobics classes and other opportunities I experienced here I have been able to loose 20 lbs and increase my stamina exponentially! I would certainly encourage anyone reading this to give them a chance. Thanks Golds (and Luke) for an awesome experience! D. Ross

Experiencia fantástica: Have been seeing great results due to the best personal trainer ever. Have lost 3 dress sizes. I am 64 years old. Take 2 classes a week with Tony Grasso at the Cedar Park Golds Gym. He has so much patience with me. I have learned so much about how certain exercises can accomplish the goals I have. Started at 278lbs. As of Feb. 2016 and am now 246 lbs. My goal is to loose 100 lbs. by next July 2017. Thanks, for all your support. Mary McCaskey

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been members for over 7 years at its inception at the Cedar Park location and have enjoyed every minute of it. Our staff joined and we recommended the gym to others who joined. Our staff loved water aerobics together for social exercise (without instructor). I love the staff! Aaron, Thomas, and their team have done a tremendous job over the years making sure that our needs were met...we have nothing but praises for the team, THANK YOU!!!
