Experiencia fantástica: I've been at this gym for 4 years and I love it! Staff are friendly, classes are great, lots of great equipment. The only thing I don't like is Fox News on all day. It stress me out...but I try to ignore it.

The staff is super friendly, there's a huge variety of classes offered all day, the equipment is well maintained and the price is perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My fav classes are BodyJam (for all you dancers) and BodyPump (lifting weights to music with knowledgeable instructors)

Experiencia fantástica: I just signed up and started using this gym. It is big, has a pool, sauna, steam room, new crossfit area, cycling room, group workout area. Essentially they have everything you could want. Price is extremely fair they have a student and military discount! Overall I haven't found anything i dislike yet!

Experiencia fantástica: Has a hot and wet sauna, as well as a pool and sun tanning beds. Honestly if this was a 24 hr gym that would be awesome, but with the biggest membership you can go to the northland 24/7 gym which is smaller but gets the job done.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Has good equipment including leg extension leg curl calf raise. Large space great variety of equipment from machines to free weights. Highly recommend for both beginners to competition level athletes.

Experiencia fantástica: I've enjoyed working out at Top Shape South CR. There is plenty of equipment to exercise each muscle group. It's clean, and there is a great crossfit area, not to mention a pool. The staff is great!

Experiencia fantástica: This is more then a place to workout. The Trainers are top notch wanting the best for us. As well the morning crowd people are helpful to each other and encouraging to o e another. Lots of equipment and great classes. Trainers go out of their way and go the extra mile to help people be happy and healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym got even better when Eastern Iowa-based Top Shape Gym took over (previously was Aspen owned and still decent, just felt like it wasn't a priority for the previous owner). Still retained a lot of the employees and free fitness classes while adding a lot more weight machines to the mix. Plus they have already made some needed renovations. Great place to workout and a fairly laidback gym atmosphere. Like all gyms can get busy during peak hours and after January, but that's typical.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, good gym with a ton of choices for working out. My bestie and I started out upstairs, using their ellipticals, and then later switching over to their treadmills. I love ellipticals! This one was clean and smooth, easy to use and adjust to the type of workout I wanted. The treadmill also was easy and smooth! Then, we went downstairs and talked to some of the trainers for a bit. They were nice, funny people that were welcoming and sweet. They recommended a few machines we could use, based on what we mentioned we wanted to accomplish. We went and used the machines, wound up getting such a great workout!! Then, the best part was going and sitting in the hot tub! It was comfy, perfectly hot, and easy to turn the bubbles back on.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym. They are constantly looking for improvements. ..the staff is extremely friendly and the instructors call you by name after only attending class a few times! Do yourself a favor. ...try this gym if working out is an important part of your overall well being

Experiencia fantástica: Good variety of equipment, clean locker rooms and excersize areas, a wet and dry sauna combo, a pool, and a hot tub. They offer group training and tanning, locker rentals, towel service, and physical rehabilitation services. A very well rounded gym with (usually) friendly faces to help.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and great value. I've been a member of gyms in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis... None of them match this place. Their experts like Nate will help you reach the level of fitness you are dedicated to attain.
