Experiencia fantástica: I have done a lot of yoga with different teachers and Yuko is one of the best. I love the flow she has to her class! She works you hard but also finds a great balance between hard work, back bending and relaxation. Yoga with Yuko stretches all parts of the body. I feel so much better when I leave class. Yuko also walks around and adjusts you if you need it. I know my yoga has improved since practicing with Yuko.

Experiencia fantástica: I've tried yoga off and on for several years, always struggling with breathing. Yuko has helped me learn how to breathe in and out properly. The best part of class is the time she allows for back bending and final relaxation. I feel stronger and more confident in my strength and poses. I am thankful to spend in her classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Yuko! She has a range of classes--Vinyasa is challenging, but accessible. The focus is always on breathing. Restorative is a perfect way to start and really just relax. And best of all, Yuko not only knows her stuff, she also has a great sense of humor. Definitely try it out. She will help you align, get stronger, AND relax!
