Experiencia fantástica: First time ever doing hot yoga and it really was amazing. My class was on a Saturday morning and I pushed through a snow storm to get there not sure about what I was in for. When I arrived my first class was free and when it was done I felt really energized and ready to start the day. The teachers were great! The next time I went I bought a punch pass and I can't wait to keep going!

Experiencia fantástica: Just finished my second class. very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Mixes a very relaxed/peaceful atmosphere with some awesome YOGA. I can tell my hips and shoulders are being tested, exactly what I need! very excited about this journey I have started. highly recommended!
