Experiencia fantástica: Empire is the best MMA gym in town bar none. Not only is the training top-notch, the atmosphere is geared towards growth and camaraderie. No ego at all. Incredibly competent personal trainers, as well. I love training here.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to this gym for a few weeks now and im hooked. Trainers are fantastic and make sure every student is taken care of. For someone with little to no fighting experience they make it simple to understand and very welcoming. Easy 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. The instructors are very kind and welcoming as well as the students. Felt very comfortable in there which is unusual for me because of anxiety issues I developed but I felt right at home. All around a great experience and I'm definitely going back. I showed up a bit early and caught some of the kids class and the instructor was great with them. He made it fun while bestowing real knowledge. Head down and support this great local gym
