The best 1 on 1 coaching, the best group fitness classes like Beastmode & BootySprout, and tons of top quality equipment for general training. Whatever your fitness goals are this place can help you reach them at a reasonable price. The fitness industry is really competitive especially in Phoenix, & having seen the options, this is one place I cannot recommend enough!

The gym is incredibly clean and well maintained. The Owner Sean Land, is a true professional who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is top notch and he’ll do whatever to takes to ensure his clients meet their fitness goals. As someone who has been heavily involved in the fitness industry for many years, I can say with confidence, it’s very rare you meet someone as dedicated as him. Beastmode Hitt is a newly developed concept designed by Sean Land to help people push their limits in ways they never thought they could. If you’re looking for a results driven program that is all business and doesn’t waste a minute of your time, this is it!

He came highly recommended and I could not be happier with the one on one training as well as the BeastMode classes! He really listens to his clients needs and offers his expertise is all areas. Experiencia fantástica: I am a 43 year old guy who has never been in shape as i should. Sean has been coaching me with nutrition plans and exercise since the first half of this year. I have lost about 30 lbs, my general morale and happiness is up, my sleep and eating habits have improved. I mean, I look good and love the guy in the mirror :) I have always worked with ( and some of them very expensive) coaches at different gyms. Wasted my money away to no result in the end. Now I get compliments all the time for my transformation and it has improved my life all around. Sean is consistent, communicative and pays everyone attention during even a group workout. I was the first to sign up when I heard he is opening his own gym. He has taken over this gym in a very nice area and upgraded all equipment and he pays attention to cleanliness and covid precautions. I highly recommend his gym if you want to see results like I did.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going for years now, great place to workout but horrible management. They hired a new trainer and changed the name to Land of Fitness...seems he was harassing patrons so they let him go. My wife had paid for 8 training sessions, had 2 sessions with him and they are unwilling to reimburse her for the paid, unused sessions. They have not returned calls and when my wife does reach them they give her excuses and refuse to reimburse her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GYM AND THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I REALLY enjoy the Beastmode class, it’s a 1 hr total body workout that mixes weights with cardio and is amazing for any level of fitness you are at!! Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to The Club Cave Creek since it was owned by Joy and called Finally Fit Forever. The new ownership has really made some great improvements and even more are on the horizon. The connection between the fitness instructors and their members is wonderful. It's like Cheers, when you go - everyone knows your name. Plus, I don't have to drive far to get my workout in! They just opened an amazing kids room. I wish mine were little again because they would love it. I had a massage from their new massage therapist and it was fantastic. I give The Club 5 stars - If I could, I would give it 10!

Tevin Jones is absolutely incredible! I feel better now than I ever have in my life after 3 short months. Even when I was running 10 miles every other day In my 20s, I did not feel this good. My core is stronger than it’s ever been and I lost a much needed 14 pounds. I highly recommend Tevin Jones to anyone who is serious about getting your health back on track! Kevin Wilson
