I feel motivated to go to the gym every morning. They have community events to bring everyone together. The facility is immaculate and the instructors are top notch. I have found my home and I’m so grateful to this establishment. I can’t wait for many more years of shredding. Shredder for life!!

Every instructor has their own flare, every workout is different and challenging in its own way, they also offer yoga for some active recovery days!! I couldn’t recommend shred 415 in castle rock more! Come check it out!! We are more than just a workout!!

The staff and instructors are always friendly and positive. The workouts are challenging, but can be easily modified for all abilities. The studio is clean and sanitizer is always readily available. The staff, instructors and owners are all equally amazing, the classes are life changing and the community is a huge bonus! Would highly recommend giving it a try, you won't regret it!!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife has been going to Shred415 for almost a year now and although I have met her great new group of Shred friends, I hadn't gone to an official class until today. I frequent the gym where I have my own weight lifting and cardio routine, but in their environment you hold yourself accountable and push yourself to the next level. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming it's like a big workout family. They deserve 10 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Shred415 Castle Rock is an truely unique gym with amazing instructors who help push, motivate and challenge you through various floor/ weight and treadmill exercises no matter what fitness level you are. No class is the same, and the energy in the room is very contageous with dime lights and music to keep you moving for the 60 or 45 minute class. I really look forward to my workouts at Shred (which is hard to say about something over time) and it's even better to see the strength gained/ muscle defined, pounds lost and be part of a community of people who help encourage one another. The owners genuinely care about their members and their communication is great. I highly recommend Shred415 Castle Rock as it really is more than a workout. If you're looking for place to help push you be the best version of yourself this is it!

Experiencia fantástica: Great, fun workout!! It's tough but so do-able. Each circuit is so short, as soon as you start to hate it your 30 - 60 seconds is up and off to a new move. It makes the class fly by. Loud fun music and great instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Shred415. I started going during their free outdoor workouts in the summer and now actively go weekly to their workouts. This gym is amazing as everyone truly works on themselves and the gym is judgements-free. The trainers continue to push you while keeping any limitations/injuries you have in mind. Whether you have been on a fitness journey for awhile or mkay started working our, I highly recommend checking out Shred.

The owners are just so kind and the coaches are electrifying. I have found a family in Shred, both in the instructors and the classmates. The workouts are tough but they give me that boost that I need in my day. The facility is clean and welcoming. I don't have anything bad to say.

I've never met such encouraging and motivating instructors, and the owners and staff are so kind and welcoming. Plus I've gotten so much stronger, faster and fitter in the last 10 months!

Experiencia fantástica: Shred is a family. The members support and motivate each other; the instructors care about and celebrate the members; and the owners are simply two of the most wonderful and giving people I have ever met. I've worked out in quite a few places in Colorado, and this is the best all around workout. It's tough, but doable, and you feel amazing when you are finished. I feel like gyms/fitness classes are often described by saying "you feel amazing when you walk out the door." This is also true with Shred, but you also feel amazing upon walking IN the door too!

Before Shred I struggled to get myself to the gym or meet new people, but this studio has changed my life for the better in so many ways. There are a variety of workout class times offered, as well as modifications and sets within each class. The music is always on point too :) The instructors always go above and beyond!!! Truly the best investment I could have made for myself!!!

The energy, the instructors, the communication, the friendliness and supportiveness of everyone is amazing! Honestly, at first I was a bit intimidated because I have never been able to find a workout group class environment that I like but after my second class I got a feel for things & am hooked! I love running (or walking) and doing HIIT so this is perfect! The app makes it easy to book my classes and I can work around my crazy schedule. The atmosphere and music and challenging instructors are exactly what I need. All the staff takes time to know you as a person and care for you. It’s a great workout! I quickly leaned out when I was consistently taking classes and am continuing to get stronger and love the progression I am seeing just from 3 classes a week. Give it a try! You won’t regret it!

Great place to get a sweat on before work or going out on the town. Everyone was super friendly and the instructor was so encouraging!
