Fitness goals, Skills regarding kickboxing, boxing and muy Thai are all elevated at a faster pace when you go to the boxing lab. Not to mention the personal training sessions that you can receive from Robert Burrwell and Trent Joseph. These two coaches will uprise your craft very quickly. I have done a few personal training sessions, only one session and you feel miles ahead. Worth the price, worth it all. Not to mention that there are women self defense classes on Saturday! There great and accommodating to your skill, all skill levels here. This is my happy place. You’ll regret it if you don’t go to the lab and test your abilities and will to keep going.
