Experiencia fantástica: This gym is one of the best in NC. All the equipment you need to workout and train like the pros. The trainers are professional with positive energy. I really enjoy boxing and hitting the heavy bags. It was a good workout and I felt I learned too.

Experiencia fantástica: After having a very large (10 pound!!) baby via emergency c-section, I was super nervous to return to the gym. Adrien, TK, Meagan and Caroline have all been SO awesome and supportive during my postpartum fitness journey. They help me modify exercises to make sure I’m getting a highly effective and, more importantly, safe workout. In just a couple weeks I have already noticed a huge difference in my strength & stamina. It’s great having other strong mamas in class to compare notes with, and the overall energy and positive attitude is contagious. Thank you, AKtivate!!

I live in North Raleigh and make the drive to meet my friends and even my husband started coming along after trying out a class. Every class has positive vibes with people at all different levels of fitness. Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place to workout for just about everyone - it doesn't matter if you're just starting out on your fitness journey or if you've been working out for years. The trainers are high energy, fun, and supportive. Everyone is super friendly and you immediately feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The workouts (half boxing, half weights) are never the same so you never get bored. Great music. AND- IT WORKS!! I started out at just twice a week and am already seeing results!

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Holly Springs and I would say AKtivate Fitness is the best gym in Cary / Apex! I am a beginner and haven't been working out recently. The staff did a great job making sure I knew everything for the boxing and strength training portion of class. As far as the workout it has everything from boxing, kickboxing, and circuit training. I never sweated so much and had that much fun during a workout. The coaches energy was AMAZING, seems like the entire class was super comfortable with everyone! They offer your first class for FREE, I'm so excited I joined!

Experiencia fantástica: I used to compete in MMA and Boxing and can honestly say that the type of program Adrien has put together feels like I'm getting ready for a fight again. This is the best workout I've had in a very long time. Great environment and great music to workout too.
