Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so professional and fantastic to be around. They all have there unique ways of training. So it always keeps you energized and on your toes for whats next. I've been in and out if surgery on my right foot for 4 years now. This has been the best type of physical therapy I have ever been apart of. I cannot thank the life cycle crew enough for helping me get back to myself again. Its been a absolute pleasure and a honor to train with all of you. Shane, Mike and Kim have pushed me to achieve outer limits I never thought I would be able to accomplish again. Meghan and Nicole have helped me get my flexibility back and my strength in my foot that I thought was gone forever.
