Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, and I never have to wait for benches to open up. Smaller than some of the other gyms, but it's got a better location for me.

I enjoy the free weights and while I have historically have not liked workout machines I have come to use them quite a lot here because of their ability to give you more natural free range movements. Tony is very knowledgeable and more than capable of helping you to reach your health goals.

Experiencia positiva: Needed a place to lift while visiting family. Awesome place. Can accommodate many fitness types. If you are into barbell lifts this is a good place to go. Only knock i have is there is only one squat rack. Owner was a very nice and seemed like a good dude. Go here if you're looking for a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Have come in multiple times while visiting family in the area, owner has always been great to work with as far as a daily/ monthly fee. Equipment is great, lots of variety, even has bars, a wall, and tire flips outside. Great gym!
