Experiencia fantástica: The facilities were clean, modern and well lit. The staff was pleasant and almost all the machines were new. It was all around a great experience, and we will be considering a membership.

I am a certified personal trainer myself and I was blown away by his level of knowledge and commitment to making you a better you no matter what your goal. Don't think twice. Jump in and know you are making the right choice with GVL Fitness. Just to note: He has no idea I'm even writing this review. I'm doing it 100% because of the the positive experience I had at GVL.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Greg is a stand up guy and really knows how to make a gym that stands out. He is both a personal trainer and the gyms owner. It is a very welcoming environment since everyone is friendly; but also can be one of the most hard core gyms at the same time. It’s all about what you make it. Just respect the gym and the simple rules and you will have a great workout. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area. It may not be the biggest gym, but the perks of coming in 24/7, not being too busy, drinks/ shakes to buy, and being able to to play your music at your volume make it stand out far above any other gym.
