Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this gym when I'm home from college. I love that it's literally 5 minutes away and the classes are easy to schedule using the app. The instructors are really nice and explain each exercise.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve tried gyms and workouts but they never quite made me feel motivated to keep it up... until now. I have been going 3-4 times a week for months and love it. Boxing is great, good mood or bad. I surprised myself by also liking the HIIT workouts. There are also combo classes. The energy is positive, trainers are uplifting and friendly... I’ve lost pounds and inches and feel great. The vibe here is inclusive and fun. First class is free so nothing to lose by trying it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined 5 weeks ago. I had absolutely no boxing experience, and I was very nervous about looking ridiculous. BUT...5 weeks later, I look and feel amazing. The trainers motivate me to work hard, and they can tailor any exercise to fit my needs (for example, I can't do jumping jacks). So far I've worked with trainers Danielle, Nathan, Jake, and Devin.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym - awesome instructors, great workouts, and a very nice facility! The HIIT and boxing classes are great workouts that really maximize the workout for the time and works you smarter, not harder.
