My internist recommended Pilates to help me with back pain I had due to cancer treatment years ago. Today, my back pain is practically non-existent, thanks to Inner You! Conveniently located in Clay Terrace, the studio offers a variety of classes at different times throughout the week.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been taking a barre class here for a few weeks. The class sizes are smaller than other studios - a plus! - and the workout is a challenge in a good way. The instructor is great and the rest of the staff is very nice. I’m looking forward to trying some other classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Reformer classes @ Inner You. I enjoy having different instructors. I love that each instructor offers a variety of exercises every time. No class is ever the same so I never get bored and I always get a good workout. I truly hate to exercise and I find that Pilates is fun. The fact I want to go to class is huge for me. I am not an exercise diva - I am overweight, 64 and I highly recommend trying Inner You - no matter your age, no matter your level of fitness...just do it. I am down 30 lbs, stronger than I’ve been in years and I just feel better.

Experiencia fantástica: I take Cindy's Reformer class. Her class is just wonderful! Good for all levels of experience. You get it all in this class: stretching, strength, core work, cardio. Everyone is so friendly as well! My favorite place to work out!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Great facility, top of the line equipment, 4 different typs of classes (reformer, mat, Piyo and Barre) for the same price as the other's charge for only 1! Smaller class sizes allows thier certified instructors more interaction. As a guy, it has greatly helped my flexiblity, reduced my lower back and hip pain alot and improved my golf swing! Would recommend this facility over any of the "franchises" as it is not a 1 size fits all.
