Experiencia fantástica: HOTWORX is a phenomenal workout! Isomeric workouts are only 40 minutes while HIIT workouts are 15! The infrared sauna makes the difference and you can control how hot (or not!) you want the sauna to be. I tried other facilities but this is the best option for flexible scheduling, flexible cancellation (because life happens!) and 24 hour access. Feel like a workout at 3am? You have the option! This location is clean and everyone is so friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is changing my life. My neighbor asked me to come with her for weeks and I kept saying, "no, I hate sweating. I hate exercising. I am not a gym person." After I finally went once, I was hooked. Now this non-exerciser who hates sweating is going nearly every single day, torching calories, getting stronger, and loving sweat! The heat from the saunas is dry and rejuvenating. The classes are easy to follow and customizable to your skill level. There are so many classes to choose from - it's hard to get bored. The staff at Hotworx Carmel are the kindest, most welcoming people - no matter your fitness level. Absolutely love the 24-hour access and the monthly challenges!

Experiencia fantástica: 24/hr access. 24/hr access. 24…hour… ACCESS. I cannot say it enough. I no longer have to rush home and get to the gym. If I can’t sleep and I want to workout, I can at 1am. You can reserve a time and workout a couple days in advance. You can workout alone or with friends. The infrared heat is incredible. I don’t do saunas. I hate them. But these are a dry heat and don’t make it hard to breathe. They have multiple workout options and small area you can reserve for strength training. They also change up the videos frequently, so you’re not doing the same hot buns workout for months at a time. Staff is extremely friendly. Facility is clean. They have a shower and provide towels. And again, 24/hr access. 10/10 recommend checking them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Easy scheduling, love the private workouts, crave the (hot) workouts, the owners and employees are really nice, the calorie burn on the app is a huge motivator. Super easy and convenient all around.

Experiencia fantástica: After retiring from 4 years of division 1 basketball it was hard fo me to find a workout that matches that intense calorie burning workout environment. Well to say THE LEAST Hot Worx does just that. Not only have I enjoyed every single workout I have attended at Hot Worx Carmel but the owner, Laurie is single handedly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is accommodating, professional and makes every single second in the studio enjoyable. I promise you won't regret trying this. Awesome workout and even better people who care about their customers.

Experiencia positiva: I really like HOTWORX. Been going since they opened. I do wish it was more spacious or had locker rooms. It gets very congested, especially now since everyone knows about it.

Experiencia fantástica: I came across Hotworx due to trying a class with a friend. I loved it so much that I signed up on the spot! 1) The Hotworx team at Carmel is so informative but not pushy. They are sweet and helpful. 2) I love that I am in a sauna by myself (especially during COVID). 3) It is extremely clean and safe. 4) I leave feeling renewed and refreshed without spending hours at a gym. I have had about 5 different guests try it out with me just because I believe in it that much!

Experiencia fantástica: Great workout! The flexibility of the schedule is what attracted me. Classes run every 15/45 minutes 24 hours a day. It’s clean, convenient and such a great workout. I’ve been coming about 9 months and I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of hotworx since May and have really been enjoying it! Even as someone who has been active and into fitness my entire life, I was hesitant to try any kind of "hot" fitness classes. I personally enjoy cardio and plyometric workouts but I decided to give it a try as it had come highly recommended by friends. Natalie was extremely welcoming and helpful on my first day and I have been hooked ever since! It is clean and very convenient that you can go 24/7! I would recommend giving it a try even if you are hesitant to do so, I don't think you will be disappointed if you really want a good workout!

Experiencia fantástica: I love HOTWORX! I’m 54 and I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve been working out most of my life and I know that HOTWORX is the icing on the cake at this point. The variety of workouts covers it all. You can do one workout or combine multiple. There’s isometric and HIIT workouts and also the free weights in the FX zone. Bonus… I’m not killing myself… it’s good on my joints. But the fact that I can workout whenever I want because it’s 24/7 virtual workouts works for me and my busy life.
