Carney Training Facility

Experiencia fantástica: CTF is a small gym, but has everything you need and more. I really enjoy working out with the JP team there. You get a very well thought out circuit style training, and Redford is there to make sure your form is right. You’re in and out in under an hour, but your whole body got pumped.

Experiencia fantástica: Redford is an awesome trainer! He gives excellent guidance and watches closely in case he needs to provide correction to form in order to prevent injury. He also remembers any personal issues (shoulder surgery) and quickly provides a modification to an exercise. I highly recommend Redford and his super cool gym!

Experiencia fantástica: CTF is like belonging to a functional family, dedicated and motivated to make you into a better, healthier and more fit human being. Naturally an emphasis on physical fitness, designed to push you to excel, in an pro-active nurturing style with an emphasis on empowerment, never taunting or embarrassment...which I have seen in other fitness situations. Personally, I am one who needs the accountability of a group dynamic, and relish the personalized care of the attentive training staff. I simply get results with the CTF programs I have not been able to achieve on my own.

Experiencia positiva: Small GYM. Great people. I came here with my company for a team building exercise it was a lot of fun. John and Derek made us do some fun activities. I think if you do group work outs this place is fun but other then that you are limited on equipment but enough to get a good workout in. This place has trained a lot of NFL kickers and players in general.
