Experiencia fantástica: Love this place!!! If you are looking for the best place to improve your fitness level with expert trainers, this is the place. So happy to have I found Yofit. The coaches are such experts. I have worked with Staci, Calvin (owners), Tamara and Sam. I’m sure the others are awesome too. They all really get to know your fitness goals. I love it when I grab a set of weights and then get handed a set that is heavier with a “Don’t cheat yourself. You can do this” They can work with injuries too. I injured myself helping my daughter move.. All the coaches were aware and helped me modify exercises to help me heal faster. In the only 6 weeks working out here, I have seen a huge improvement. In every exercise I have increase resistance or able to do at least 1 more. I am actually starting to feel good about myself and seeing a stronger future

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE this place! I am not a big gym person, as I usually run outdoors, but my husband and I recently joined to step up our fitness and now I am addicted to going! The circuit workouts are so fun that they go by quickly, and the yoga is amazing. I could very quickly see more tone in my body/muscles, and I have a lot more energy since going. Stacy, Cal, and the other trainers/teachers are wonderful and pay a lot of attention during workouts to make sure you are doing things correctly, which I really appreciate. The other members are really friendly, and it feels like a family. It completely brightens my day when I go there. So glad I found it!

My husband and I were looking for a place to workout that offers yoga, strength training and functional fitness all in one, as well as be a family friendly, clean facility. YoFit offers all of these and more! We are absolutely THRILLED with this place! Staci and Cal are doing an incredible job of offering diversified workouts for all levels of fitness. We immediately felt at home and very welcomed. There is a sweet vibe that you can sense as soon as you walk through the door. Their trainers and yoga instructors are all top notch. They take time with you to explain good form that will keep you from injuring yourself (which my hubby & I appreciate)! We both are making noticeable strides with our overall fitness. Family and friends are beginning to ask us what are we doing that's helping us get in such great shape. We tell them, "It's YoFit!" Plus, they have a very convenient location with ample parking anytime of day. If you are serious about improving your overall fitness and want a clean, well-managed, people-focused gym...YoFit is your place!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is by far the best ever! Staci and Cal have created a COVID safe gym that not only given me results, but a family. They welcome everyone with open and positive arms. The gym is always clean. The workouts are intense, but worth it! Time flies and I forget I'm even working out, it's more like a challenge. Every trainer there is amazing! Tuesday's with Maddie are so fun and she pushes and encourages you. Alex's evening classes are always upbeat and energizing! You absolutely cannot go wrong with Kelly's yoga classes . I feel like I'm transported to a yoga retreat. She pushes you the perfect amount, but includes history, language, and reasoning into the poses. Allison's yoga classes bring energy and spunk! And, of course, Cal and Staci's classes, which push you to levels you didn't think you could hit! I no longer dread working out, but count the minutes until I can walk in to get my new PR, make amazing friends, and feel amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Took my first hot yoga class ever with Kelly and she is amazing! A seriously great vibe and such a clear and easy-to-follow routines/sequences, even for a beginner. Kelly really put me at ease and took the pressure off my first attempts. Will definitely be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best kept secret in Carlsbad! The circuit classes are amazing, yoga classes are fantastic, and the strength training classes are killer! The circuit is tailor-made and different every day I attend. The instructors (Staci, Cal, Madeline, Jamie, & Kelly) are right there watching me, pushing me, and helping me modify things if needed. Each one is like a personal trainer for me. I have been attending since October and have learned so much and keep getting stronger every week. Highly recommend!
