Experiencia fantástica: The trainers are awesome! I love coming here to work out! The People are great to workout with and the atmosphere is always fun, friendly, and positive. I would totally recommend working out at this facility. If it's your first-time working out or your shy to work out because of other people I would totally come to this place. There's never no judgment and we're all here to help each other out and keep each other going.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is so much more than a gym. It’s a family that thrives together. The programming is always very well rounded and easily scalable! The facility is rather large and very clean. Nathan and Wendy know exactly what they’re doing here. I love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this gym. The atmosphere is always positive, all levels of fitness are represented and they adapt EVERY movement to individual's ability and/or limitations. If you like very small classes, the 6 am and the 8 am are always very small. (Usually only 1 to 3 people). All of the instructors are excellent. It will be a good experience is any of the classes.

Our members are safe, supported, encouraged, and knocking down goal after goal. I've even lost over 40lbs by following our Nutrition Coaching, and I am making more progress everyday.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of CrossFit Henosis since they opened. Nathan and Wendy truly care about the health and wellness of their members. Whether it be Precision Nutrition Coaching, Six Week Challenge, or CrossFit Training, the focus is always on the individual’s needs and goals. Safety and good technique is promoted above all else during CrossFit classes. Nathan, Wendy and the other trainers (Chip, Lacey and Bridgette) are knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. They have created such a supportive environment that, no matter what level of fitness, you feel welcome and comfortable the minute you walk in the door. We really have a great community at Henosis!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of CrossFit Henosis since day one. I have been a coach there for the last two and a half years. The gym is always clean, well maintained and very spacious. Nathan and Wendy are great people who’s goal is to improve quality of life through CrossFit exercise and nutrition. As a coach, I can tell you that our goal is to have safe and effective classes for our members and drop ins. Experiencia fantástica: Henosis isn't one of those typical gyms where members workout individually and awkwardly avoid eye contact; rather, this gym has created a community that brings its members together through the common goal of health and fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym for the Carbondale market is by far the best experience for the money. I have worked and been a member at numerous gym's, so I don't needlessly praise facilities. This gym is the only gym in Carbondale that provides training/programming that will make someone a better athlete. They also provide great services for people who are trying to get into fitness for the first time. They also have a very welcoming and "family" style community who will happily welcome anyone willing to do a burpee. You get all this at probably the cheapest price point for any crossfit gym in the nation. I am moving so my time here is done, but when I come back I will be dropping in at Henosis.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Henosis is a clean, welcoming, well lead box with a dynamic coaching team and a cohesive member body. Excellent skill, strength, mobility, Oly training with attention to detail and the individual. A must for anyone seeking a community of people working toward strong, fit bodies for a better life.
