Experiencia positiva: Good all around. Pool, machines, weights, sauna,steam,. Best for older set. Little run down and showers are greenish.

Experiencia fantástica: I mainly go to exercise in the pool for a bad hip. The hot tub is nice too. Clean, friendly and close.

Experiencia positiva: So far, so good! We’ve only been going for about a month+. I like that it’s geared more for seniors. It’s low key and not crowded, at least when I go. Older equipment and machines, but they work! Friendly staff and fellow workout mates. However, I wouldn’t mind a bit of a “refresh” regarding sprucing up the locker room, jacuzzi area. I’ve never taken a shower or used the jacuzzi, so it hasn't affected me at this point. As long as we can keep the AARP insurance rate we presently have, I’m sure we’ll stay! I do hope that our annual “maintenance fee” will, indeed, go towards repairing and maintaining equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a member here for 4 years and only quit because i moved to Las Vegas. The Staff, the Patrons, and the facilities are GREAT!!! Still my go to gym anytime im in town to visit family!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for a year and love it. There are always machines available to use, staff is friendly, outdoor pool is warm and my trainer, Brittany, makes my routine fun and challenging! I look forward to going.

Experiencia positiva: This facility is tiny, so when it's busy, it's challenging to access machines or workout inside. The fitness classes are ok and seems targeted to an elderly demographic. The locker rooms are old and could use some renovation. The spa and sauna are questionable. However - they have a bunch of free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, half domes, pilates balls, even boxes and trx equipment, so if you are into resistance training and not so into machines, you will easily find *most* of what you need. Also, their outdoor fitness area is spacious and usually not busy, so I often do my workouts there. They also have a pool. Staff is friendly and the membership is affordable and close to home, which is why we go there!
